Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect with strong expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, enterprise integration, solution architecture, and LaunchDarkly. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing scalable AI solutions and integrating them with enterprise platforms using modern API, event-driven, and DevOps architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead AI Agent architectures using LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
• Architect enterprise integrations using REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and messaging platforms.
• Define technical solution architecture, governance, security, scalability, and engineering standards.
• Lead integration of AI/LLM solutions with enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Establish observability, monitoring, performance, and reliability standards.
• Drive modern DevOps practices, including LaunchDarkly, feature flags, CI/CD, automated deployments, and release strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure teams to drive architecture and implementation decisions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in AI Agent Architecture, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong expertise in Enterprise Integration Architecture, APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Proven experience in Technical Solution Architecture and Architecture Governance.
• Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, scalability, and distributed systems.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with LaunchDarkly, including feature flags, feature management, progressive delivery, and release controls.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates must have hands-on LaunchDarkly experience. Candidates without practical LaunchDarkly experience will not be considered.
