Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Content Writer / Communications Specialist who can translate complex information into clear, concise, and customer-focused communications. This individual will develop content across multiple audiences and platforms while maintaining the appropriate brand voice and emphasizing the information most relevant to the customer. The ideal candidate is an independent researcher, strong editor, and detail-oriented writer who understands how to create useful, accessible, and searchable content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear and engaging content for a variety of audiences, communication channels, and digital platforms.
• Adapt writing style, messaging, and brand tone based on the intended audience and purpose.
• Translate complex, technical, or detailed information into concise and easily understood content.
• Organize information effectively and prioritize the most important customer takeaways.
• Write from the customer’s perspective, addressing their needs, questions, challenges, and pain points rather than simply listing features or general information.
• Conduct independent research to understand relevant topics and determine the appropriate context to share with customers.
• Apply basic search engine optimization principles, including thoughtful keyword usage, to improve internal and external content discoverability.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, grammar, and alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to validate information and refine messaging.
• Manage multiple content assignments while consistently meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated professional experience in content writing, copywriting, communications, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to adjust brand voice and tone across different audiences, channels, and content formats.
• Strong ability to simplify complex information and clearly communicate key messages.
• Customer-centric writing approach with an understanding of customer needs, challenges, and decision-making considerations.
• Working knowledge of basic SEO principles and keyword optimization.
• Strong research skills and the ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Exceptional attention to detail, editing, proofreading, grammar, and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize priorities and manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
