Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll drive CRM and PRM improvements, streamline processes through automation, and ensure the platform continues to support ambitious growth plans. • 3-5 years' experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Business Analysis
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator essential; Architect certifications advantageous)
• Strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, data modelling, and automation
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
