The Role

• Provide expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customers at their location.
• Conduct a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostic checks, and general repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock of parts and complete necessary reporting and administrative tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, representing the brand with professionalism and providing advice.
• Work independently, making informed decisions to resolve vehicle issues on-site.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency within a mobile operational structure.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers.
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve independently.
• Adaptability to handle diverse repair scenarios and vehicle types.
