A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Blockchain Engineer
Position type:  Full-time, Contract Hybrid Position - 4 Days Onsite and 1 Day Remote work in a week!!!
Duration:  12 -18 Months Contract
Location: Either Pennington, NJ 08534 or Jersey City, NJ 07302

As a Senior Blockchain Engineer you will be:
Our client is Looking for a Senior Blockchain Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in Digital Assets / Blockchain Platform to help shape the strategy and direction for the Technology as it evolves.
 
Client’s Project Role/Team Details:
Digital Assets / Blockchain Platform Engineer: The client’s project team is in back-office financial markets technology, supporting areas such as securities clearing, trade processing, settlement, and asset movement. They are looking for an engineer with blockchain experience to help build/support a digital assets platform with connectivity to blockchain networks.
 
Please note that this is NOT a generic crypto/Web3 role.
The best fit for this position is someone with blockchain experience in an enterprise, financial services, clearing, settlement, custody, or asset movement environment.
 
Our Client Prefers a candidate who has blockchain infrastructure, digital asset platforms, tokenization, wallet management, key management, validator/node connectivity, or blockchain network integration experience.
 
Required Skills and Experience:

• Must have 5-10 years of experience in Digital Assets or Blockchain Platform Engineer.
• Must have Blockchain engineering experience
• Experience with digital assets and/or tokenized assets
• Should have an Understanding of Tokenization / Token Assets.
• Should have an experience with Wallet Management.
• Must have a knowledge of public/private key management
• Experience connecting to public or private blockchain networks
• Understanding of validator nodes or blockchain node connectivity
• Backend/platform engineering experience
• Enterprise-level experience

• Financial services, banking, capital markets, custody, payments, clearing, settlement, or trade processing background
• Back-office technology experience
• Experience building/supporting a digital assets platform
• Experience integrating blockchain platforms with traditional financial systems
• Event-driven architecture experience
• Java, Scala, or similar backend development experience
