Ideal candidate profile:

• 6-8+ years of overall Mainframe experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Mainframe development and production support.
• Capable of independently analyzing issues and providing technical solutions.
• Able to work directly with client teams and understand requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience collaborating effectively with offshore teams.
• Good Agile/Scrum experience and participation in sprint ceremonies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good team player with the ability to take ownership of deliverables.
