We are seeking motivated individuals for a dual study program in Business Administration (B.A.), offering a blend of academic learning and practical experience with local companies. This program allows for specialization and provides a direct pathway to a successful career in business.

The Role

• Support in the execution of budget planning and market analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports.
• Aid in the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Analyze processes, identify weaknesses, and propose optimization solutions.
• Choose one of five specialization options from the 3rd semester onwards: Accounting & Controlling, Tax Consulting, Social Management, Retail Management, or Logistics Management.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Good understanding of mathematics.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good English language skills.
