Job Description

Architect experience in network engineering, systems engineering, or cloud infrastructure
Experience supporting digital products, SaaS platforms, or customer-facing applications
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of: Hybrid cloud networking and distributed systems
Strong experience with: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and associated networking services, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar), Automation and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.)
Strong experience with: Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift), API gateways, service mesh, and modern service-to-service communication, Observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.)
Strong Linux experience. Knowledge of open source and purchased middleware products such as webservers, application servers, database servers, load balancers, single-sign-on software, identity management software, kafka, collaboration software, etc.
Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, External ID, B2B, B2C, IAM, OIDC, SAML, etc.
Understanding of security best practices, including zero trust and secure network design
Strong knowledge of XOps principles, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure automation
Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization.
