Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Beverage Distribution

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for sales, supply chain, operations, and corporate roles in the beverage alcohol industry. You will partner closely with hiring managers to define talent needs, source diverse pipelines, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. Responsibilities include managing requisitions, leveraging ATS and sourcing tools, driving employer branding, and using data to improve hiring outcomes. You'll champion the company's inclusive, people-first culture while supporting growth and workforce planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales, supply chain, operations, and corporate positions
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruiting strategies
• Source and build diverse talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Manage ATS workflows, candidate communication, and interview coordination
• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews and guide selection decisions
• Develop and extend competitive offers in alignment with compensation guidelines
• Leverage data and recruiting metrics to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Champion an inclusive, people-first candidate and hiring manager experience
• Contribute to workforce planning and talent forecasting with HR and business leaders
