The Role:- Hotel brokerage opportunity at Director and/or Associate level in Melbourne/Victoria.
- Benefit from a team environment-work alongside established operators in Brokerage and Valuations with a track record and exposure to client relationships and niche data/insights.
- Sydney/NSW location also available.
- CBD, Metro and regional focus-focused on both institutional and private wealth markets.
- Deep hotel sector expertise gained either within agency, investment transactions, hotel development or operations.
- A strong network of relationships across the hotel investment community.
- A passion for sales and an ability to originate deals and manage investment transactions through to completion.
- Self-starter who relishes autonomy, responsibility and who is delivery and outcomes focused.
