Role - Product Analyst - Cloud Platforms

Role Overview

Business Analyst with an analytical focus supporting day to day business-side product tasks including product strategy, pricing, cost modelling, revenue planning, capacity management, and business case development. Partner with support teams such as finance, marketing and technical teams to drive business objectives and platform growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cost, pricing, and revenue models across product lines
• Manage capacity planning and forecasting to align resource availability with revenue growth and demand projections
• Create business cases, financial projections for new features, services, and initiatives
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform go-to-market strategy
• Develop pricing strategies with ROI, margins, and break-even analysis
• Build dashboards and insights on product performance, adoption, and key metrics
• Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, engineering, legal, finance)
• Prepare financial reports and strategic analyses for leadership decisions

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (must-have)
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and independent work capability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI, cloud platforms and/or infrastructure
• Product management or financial planning background
• Proficiency in automating repetitive tasks using AI agents with accuracy
