Sr. Business Process Analyst with IFS _Local to WI

Entering a new operating chapter following its implementation of IFS Cloud. We are looking for a senior, plant-embedded business systems and process improvement leader to help convert the new ERP platform into measurable operating performance.

This role connects manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, warehouse, finance, IT, and leadership. It owns how processes are documented, transactions are performed, exceptions are managed, data is captured, users are trained, and improvements are carried through to adoption.

This is not a traditional IT support position. It is a hands-on manufacturing systems leadership role for someone who understands ERP, plant operations, process discipline, and project execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing systems and process improvement

• Become the Reynosa subject-matter leader for operational use of IFS Cloud, WADACO, barcoding, shop orders, inventory transactions, receiving, warehouse movements, purchasing, and quality-related workflows.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or error-proof plant processes.
• Convert operational problems into clear requirements, practical process changes, and completed improvement projects.
• Lead testing, training, adoption, and follow-up so improvements are sustained.

Shop floor digitization and metrics

• Support digital capture of production, labor, warehouse, and quality data.
• Help define plant metrics such as parts per hour, labor hours by work cell, efficiency versus estimated hours, workforce capacity, inventory accuracy, cycle count performance, Kanban effectiveness, and quality trends.
• Partner with IT and BI resources to create exception-based dashboards and operational visibility.

Inventory, receiving, and material flow discipline

• Improve receiving, putaway, cycle counting, inventory accuracy, label capture, supplier documentation, and mobile transaction usage.
• Strengthen WADACO and barcode-based processes where appropriate.
• Help reduce late discovery of material issues, manual chasing, rework, and transaction errors.
• Support supplier-facing process improvements, including ASN, dispatch advice, supplier EDI, and supplier communication standards.

ERP standard work and governance

• Document critical IFS Cloud processes before informal workarounds become the default.
• Maintain practical standard work for system-driven plant processes.
• Ensure any necessary activity outside ERP is documented, controlled, and fed back into the system.
• Train users, reinforce process discipline, and escalate recurring issues when process or data ownership is unclear.

Exception management and automation

• Help design workflows that present users with clear next actions.
• Improve processes for late purchase orders, material shortages, hot orders, expedites, shop order rescheduling, customer order impacts, and receiving exceptions.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, IT, and BI to reduce friction through templates, alerts, dashboards, workflow, and automation.
