The Role • Contribute to a well-maintained store and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers. • Actively participate in various store operations, including stocking shelves, product merchandising, baking, and operating modern POS systems. • Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing store concepts effectively. • Undertake essential inventory, cleaning, and stocktaking duties. What You'll Need • Previous experience in retail or a similar field, with some leadership experience (e.g., shift supervision) being advantageous. • A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility, passionate about engaging and motivating others. • Ability to work efficiently and at a quick pace. • Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts as agreed with management.
