Job Title: Training Coordinator
Job Location: Washington, DC
Job Type: Contract
Pay Range: $27.56hr - $32.56hr
Job Overview:
The candidate manages the coordination and administrative support of the Learning and Development Team s daily operations including maintaining records, providing clerical assistance, and event planning.
Essential Functions:
- Organizes all logistics for Learning and Development such as space scheduling, shipping, and hotel arrangements.
- Performs administrative activities involved in Learning and Development including training enrollment, running training reports, materials production, and room set-up.
- Supports the development of reporting metrics to measure training effectiveness across the organization.
- Manages fulfillment of certification program.
- Assists with managing requests about the Learning Management System.
- Manages training invoices and purchase orders.
- Assists with managing the team inbox by responding to requests and questions.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education Level:
- High School Diploma.
Experience:
- 1 year of experience in training administration or coordination.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
- Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
