Pay Rate: $50/hr C2C

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with expertise in Agile delivery, SAFe, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies. The ideal candidate will manage software development projects, facilitate Agile ceremonies, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery. Mortgage or Financial Services experience is highly preferred.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing software development projects and Agile teams.
• Experience defining product vision, prioritizing product backlogs, and supporting Product Owner activities.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL for requirement analysis, data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile tools.
• Strong stakeholder, client, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
