The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Handle a variety of tasks including fault finding, battery changes, and tyre replacements.
• Start and end your day from home, tackling diverse roadside challenges.
• Operate as a trusted ambassador for a well-respected motoring organization.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
