The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their homes or workplaces. • Conduct a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles. • Manage your own stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Think critically and make independent decisions to resolve vehicle issues effectively. • Represent the company with professionalism and pride during customer interactions. • Adapt to a dynamic work environment with varied daily challenges. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Proficiency in working with a diverse range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage positively with customers. • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments on the spot.
