Hendrick Motorsports, a leader in the auto racing industry, is currently seeking a Race Engineer.
Summary: This position is responsible for the integrity of the design, development, and improvement of race car components and systems to maximize vehicle function. The race engineers are responsible for interpreting and translating related data.

Summary: This position is responsible for the integrity of the design, development, and improvement of race car components and systems to maximize vehicle function. The race engineers are responsible for interpreting and translating related data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Responsible for managing various projects related to design and performance of race car related components and systems.
- Responsible for supporting trackside testing and racing.
- Responsible for collecting and interpreting data and providing recommendations.
- Responsible for utilizing engineering principles to enhance vehicle design and performance.
- Assist in car set-up, testing, and analysis as needed.
- Alter and modify designs to obtain specified functional and operational performance.
- Responsible for simulation, statistical data, and fuel mileage.

Environment Demands:
- Work involves frequent exposure to unpleasant elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, loud noises, chemicals, etc.
