Job Description
Minor DKL Food Group is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to be the first point of contact for IT support across a national store network. You will troubleshoot POS systems (Micros), support end user devices, and manage incidents using Jira Service Desk from our South Brisbane office.
You'll work with Entra ID, Intune and Meraki to manage identities and devices, and provide reliable IT services across a fast paced retail environment.
