The Role

• Provide individualised and activating care for residents.
• Take responsibility for the assessment, documentation, and treatment of chronic wounds.
• Manage and evaluate the facility-specific wound documentation system.
• Conduct training and further education sessions in wound management.
• Ensure the implementation of quality assurance measures.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in geriatric nursing or general nursing.
• Specialised training as a wound manager/wound expert.
• Some professional experience is desired.
• A passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Empathy and a strong sense of responsibility.
