Job Description

Program Manager – Public Health / LIMS
Location: Hillsboro, OR

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple complex project schedules, timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
Lead project planning and execution for the LIMS Replacement initiative.
Coordinate with laboratory leadership, OSPHL teams, OIS teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and coordinate testing resources.
Support organizational change management activities across laboratory teams.
Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
Maintain project decision logs and track project actions.
Coordinate vendor communications and consolidate feedback from OSPHL stakeholders.
Monitor resource capacity and identify over-allocated or under-utilized resources.
Develop and deliver biweekly project status reports.
Maintain project planners and update schedules with new LIMS subprojects.
Support project funding applications and related documentation.
Assist with state project deliverables and other OSPHL IT initiatives.
Ensure projects remain aligned with scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables.
Provide clear and timely communication to project leadership and stakeholders.
