The Role

• Visualize customer aspirations using modern 3D planning tools.
• Design and present tailored kitchen concepts, balancing style, function, and budget.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to closing.
• Manage quotation, objection handling, contract finalization, and project coordination.
• Contribute significantly to the growth of the company's kitchen segment.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and active sales.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current market trends.
• Proficiency in professional planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• A results-oriented approach with excellent closing and negotiation skills.
• A confident and personable demeanor with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• A keen eye for current kitchen trends and a creative approach to design.
