Job Title: Change Management Consultant
Location: Tampa, FL 33607
Duration: 6 months, with possible extension

In Short:

Seeking a Change Enablement Consultant with at least 3 years of experience in organizational change management to support business transformation, process improvements, and technology implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.

• Conduct change impact analysis, stakeholder assessments, and readiness assessments.

• Create communication plans, training materials, FAQs, and reference guides.

• Drive employee adoption and manage resistance to organizational changes.

• Collaborate with HR, project teams, business leaders, and other stakeholders.

• Track change deliverables, project status, risks, and adoption metrics.

• Support enterprise change management initiatives and organizational transformation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Human Relations, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant change management experience.

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and consulting skills.

• Experience managing multiple projects and large-scale organizational changes.

Preferred:

• Utility industry experience.

• ACMP Practitioner certification or similar.
