We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Roadside Technician to join a highly respected automotive assistance provider with a legacy of supporting millions of drivers across the UK. The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Handle a variety of tasks including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault finding.
• Work autonomously, starting and finishing your day from home.
• Respond to demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
