The Role • Lead and develop a team of Membership Advisors, ensuring they are equipped for success. • Drive membership sales and achieve club revenue targets through strategic planning and execution. • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team. • Implement comprehensive training programs to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous improvement. • Ensure exceptional member engagement and satisfaction from initial contact through ongoing support. What You'll Need • Proven experience in sales management and team leadership, preferably within the fitness industry. • Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics. • Excellent coaching, training, and motivational skills. • Ability to recruit, hire, and develop talent effectively. • Demonstrated success in driving revenue and achieving sales goals. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
