Systems Integration Contract(Windchill)

Primary Skill Required for the Role: Windchill
Level Required for Primary Skill: Advanced (6-9 years experience)
Ovierview: Support customization (Java-based), configuration, integration, and administration of client’s PTC Windchill PLM environments.
Key activities and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting dev activities for windchill 14/2027 upgrade
- Deploying MPMLink and Process Plans in PTC Windchill
- PLM interface development (e.g., PLM interfaces to SAP S4, MES Apriso, and an Enterprise level Part library)
- Installing modules, running upgrade managers, and executing other system admin tasks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Windchill configuration, customization, and data migration
- Experience delivering 3+ end-to-end Windchill implementation and data migration projects
- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) data migration for PTC Creo
- Experience configuring Windchill 13.x and 14.x, including business configuration, change management, workflows, process plans, and bill of materials management
- Experience integrating PTC windchill with downstream systems (e.g., ERP – SAP S/4, MES - Apriso, etc.)
- Experience developing or supporting Windchill technical solutions using Java, Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE), JavaScript, and Extensible Markup Language (XML)
- Experience reviewing or supporting PLM code, integration configurations, install scripts, build scripts, deployment scripts, cron jobs, and custom utilities across development, quality assurance, and production environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multiple product lifecycle management (PLM) frameworks / vendors
- Experience working in multi-PLM / multi-CAD environments
- Experience in Aerospace and Defense or other discrete manufacturing environment (e.g., Automotive, Industrial products, etc.)
