Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift

Position: Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift (Direct Hire)
Location: Green Bay, WI (On-site)
Schedule: Sun-Thurs, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (40 hrs/week)
Compensation: Target salary range $60,000-$68,000/year (based on experience)
Overview
ABR Employment Services is partnering with a well-established manufacturer in the Green Bay area to hire a Maintenance Technician for a direct hire, 3rd shift opportunity. This role supports day-to-day facility upkeep and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing/distribution equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day facility upkeep and equipment repair/preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC, and electrical/electronic equipment
• Recommend cost-saving upgrades and improvement ideas for equipment performance
• Help maintain SOPs and support the preventive maintenance program
• Coordinate/communicate with cross-functional teams regarding maintenance needs and projects
• Complete maintenance work orders by requested due dates
• Source/order parts and supplies as needed
• Assist with general facility maintenance (including snow removal/sidewalk upkeep and lighting replacement)
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and complete accurate documentation
• Participate in occasional overtime and an on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications
Industrial maintenance/mechanic degree or certification with an electrical/mechanical repair background, plus 5-8 years of related experience (facility maintenance experience is a plus). Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and complete routine PMs, knowledge of safety practices including lockout/tagout, and the ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics, prints, and technical manuals. Experience with PLC knowledge/troubleshooting/programming and automation controls is a plus. Mechanical aptitude including use of micrometers/calipers, basic fabrication (brackets/guards), drilling/tapping, and general hand tool use. Valid driver's license required.
