We are seeking a dedicated Psychological Psychotherapist to join our expanding child and adolescent psychiatry unit at a new location. This is an opportunity to actively shape and contribute to the development of a state-of-the-art facility within a leading national healthcare group renowned for its high-quality care and innovative treatment approaches.

The Role

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions independently.
• Treat patients with complex cases and comorbidities in child and adolescent psychiatry.
• Actively participate in the organization and structuring of ward processes and workflows.
• Contribute to the further development and optimization of our treatment and therapy concepts.
• Support training and further education initiatives for medical and psychological staff.

What You'll Need

• Completed state examination (Approbation) or advanced psychotherapist training with a focus on behavioral therapy (more than 24 months).
• Interest and willingness to work within a multidisciplinary therapeutic team.
• Clinical experience in treating children and adolescents with various disorders.
• Committed, reflective, and responsible approach to therapeutic work.
