Senior Organizational Change Manager (OCM)

Job Title: Senior Organizational Change Manager (OCM)

Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months

Project Background

Clients Immunization Registry and Information System (IRIS) modernization initiative will replace the existing ImmuNet system with a configurable, cloud-based solution designed to improve immunization record management, data quality, interoperability, and public health reporting. The project includes current state assessments, workflow documentation, business process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to support successful implementation and compliance with CDC/AIRA standards. The OCM will play a critical role in preparing stakeholders for the transition, managing organizational resistance, and driving user adoption across Client business units and external partners.

We are specifically seeking an OCM professional, not a traditional Project Manager, with demonstrated experience leading organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, resistance management, and technology adoption.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of project management experience
  • 8+ years managing complex IT development projects
  • 5+ years applying PMI PMBOK methodologies
  • Leadership experience on at least 3 successful organizational change initiatives
  • Hands-on expertise in change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, communications, and adoption strategies
  • Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP, or Kotter experience preferred
  • Healthcare IT modernization or government experience preferred
