Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Engineer with 1–5 years of hands-on development experience to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with modern software development technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.

  • Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.

  • Develop and integrate APIs and backend services.

  • Work with databases, SQL queries, and data management systems.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical discussions.

  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other team members.

  • Follow software development best practices and established SDLC processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of professional software development experience.

  • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language, preferably Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or C++.

  • Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.

  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

  • Knowledge of REST APIs, version control systems such as Git, and debugging techniques.

  • Understanding of software testing and development life cycle practices.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Java, Spring Boot, or comparable backend frameworks.

  • Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, or Angular.

  • Exposure to microservices, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, or automated testing.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

    • Candidates requiring visa sponsorship or holding other work authorization categories are not eligible for this position.
