Specialist, Fund Administration II

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Fund Administration II to join our Financial Reporting team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Prepares and reviews accounting statements on behalf of clients.
• Assists in working with auditors and clients to ensure statements are accurately produced and verified on a timely basis.
• Reviews fund balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows and statement of shareholders equity to ensure reported numbers are reconciled.
• Escalates more complex accounting discrepancies to senior team members.
• Drafts accounting statements and reports, incorporating fund calculations, for clients to review fund performance.
• Ensures completeness and accuracy of disclosure.
• Ensures financial reports meet Corporate and any applicable regulatory standards.
• Assists in collaborating with auditors and clients to make changes to financial reports and ensure they accurately depict fund performance.
• Assists in developing materials for presentation to Board of Directors.
• No direct reports but may provide guidance to less experienced team members. May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.
• Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelors degree is required. Education background in accounting is highly preferred
• CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA is highly desirable.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in financial reporting, US GAAP, IFRS is highly preferred.
