Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management Lead with strong hands-on experience in SAP TM, S/4HANA, and Advanced Transportation Management. The ideal candidate will have strong A&D industry experience and experience leading requirements, configuration, workshops, integrations, testing, and functional documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business process owners for requirements gathering and complete Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaires.
• Plan and develop Workshop A System Demo and Presentation Deck.
• Manage requirements, configuration, documentation, and key decisions.
• Develop and maintain process flows and functional specifications.
• Support authorization, security, testing, change management, and reporting activities.
• Design and configure SAP Transportation Management solutions in S/4HANA.
• Work with Freight Units and Freight Orders.
• Support Transportation and Advanced Transportation capabilities in S/4HANA.
• Integrate SAP TM with ShipERP for small parcel management.
• Support carrier integrations.
• Integrate TM with SAP EWM, GTS, and Dangerous Goods processes.
• Configure and support Route Determination.
• Integrate with external warehouse systems and 3PL providers.
• Author detailed functional specifications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong SAP Transportation Management (TM) experience.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Advanced Transportation Management experience.
• A&D / Aerospace & Defense industry experience.
• Freight Units and Freight Orders.
• ShipERP integration experience.
• Carrier integration.
• SAP EWM, GTS, and Dangerous Goods integration.
• Route Determination.
• External warehouse / 3PL integration.
• Requirements gathering and workshop facilitation.
• Functional specification authoring.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
