Own the controls on critical extrusion, tension control, winder, and E-beam systems at a high-volume battery materials plant. Pay is $95K to $110K plus a bonus.

Must-Haves

• BS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Siemens PLC and controller programming and troubleshooting
• Installing and tuning AC/DC drives and VFDs, plus single and multi-loop controllers
• Instrumentation and maintenance in high-volume industrial automation
• Ladder logic, P&IDs, loop drawings, and schematics
• AutoCAD and MS Office
• Industrial networks: ProfiNet, EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, TCP/IP
• Lean and structured quality systems
• Available for rotating on-call, some weekends
• US citizen or green card holder (no sponsorship)

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot mission-critical controls on tension control, winder/rewinder, and mixing/weighing systems
• Track and improve uptime, MTBF, and PM performance
• Plan equipment upgrades, continuous improvement, and annual CAPEX projects
• Coach maintenance supervisors and technicians on PMs, TPM, and troubleshooting
• Write PM and calibration procedures, and train teams during commissioning
• Manage key spare parts and act as liaison with IT on plant network issues

Nice-to-Haves

• Extrusion, injection molding, or web handling experience
• Load cells and linear tension control
• WinCC or Wonderware HMI and historians
• Allen-Bradley, Automation Direct, or Mitsubishi PLCs
