Job Description
Care Partners At Home is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one support to children, adults, and seniors in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
Our caregivers support individuals with a variety of needs, including developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's, personal care, and activities of daily living (ADLs).

Your Role as a Caregiver
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one caregiver support tailored to each client
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Follow individualized care plans and communicate client updates
Position Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to provide quality caregiver support
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Current TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; cost assistance available
- Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required. Not registered yet? Our team will guide you through the registration process.
