The Role

• Learn about the planning, construction, leasing, sales, and management of commercial and residential properties.
• Participate in budget planning for repairs and maintenance.
• Supervise and communicate with tenants and external service providers.
• Engage in commercial, technical, and infrastructural facility management.
• Implement marketing strategies for properties and conduct market analysis.
• Identify optimization opportunities in property management, lease administration, and location development.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency (B2 level).
• Strong economic thinking, analytical skills, and an understanding of technology, physics, and mathematics.
• Genuine interest in all facets of the real estate industry.
• Teamwork, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
