The Role

• Drive sales by developing long-term advertising relationships with businesses in an assigned territory.
• Exceed sales objectives through the application of professional sales techniques.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and open new accounts.
• Effectively utilize sales tools and CRM to track prospects, prepare proposals, and conduct research.
• Maintain organized client records and sales activity logs.
• Participate in sales meetings, seminars, and trade shows to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

What You'll Need

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas using established sales techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
• Resilience and intrinsic motivation to overcome challenges and thrive in a sales environment.
• Comfort with making cold calls, both over the phone and in-person.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
