Required Experience Candidates should have extensive experience supporting enterprise desktop environments and advanced Tier II/Journeyman Help Desk operations. The resumes should demonstrate experience with: Enterprise Desktop Support

• Windows desktop administration
• macOS administration
• Enterprise desktop and laptop support
• Hardware deployment and lifecycle management
• Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

Endpoint Management Experience administering enterprise endpoint management solutions such as:

• Microsoft Intune
• JAMF
• Ivanti
• KACE
• Comparable enterprise endpoint management platforms

Including experience with:

• Computer imaging
• Device provisioning
• Software deployment
• Patch management
• Configuration management
• Endpoint compliance

Identity & Access Management Experience with:

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Active Directory
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• User provisioning
• Group Policy
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Identity lifecycle management

Operating Systems Hands-on administration of:

• Windows
• macOS
• iOS
• Android

System Administration Experience with:

• Advanced troubleshooting
• Windows Event Viewer
• macOS Console logs
• Endpoint performance analysis
• Root cause analysis
• Workstation imaging and deployment
• Hardware refreshes and data migrations

Cloud Experience Experience supporting:

• AWS environments
• Hybrid cloud/on-premises infrastructures

Security Experience with:

• Zero Trust security principles
• Endpoint security
• Secure configuration management
• Identity management
• Vulnerability remediation
• Incident response coordination

Service Desk Leadership Experience:

• Mentoring junior Help Desk personnel
• Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Creating technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Coordinating with Network, Cloud, and Cybersecurity teams
• Providing exceptional customer service

Preferred Certifications One or more of the following is highly desirable:

• CompTIA Security+
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (or equivalent)
• Apple Certified IT Professional
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (or higher)
• ITIL Foundation
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate

Preferred Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Security Requirements Candidates must:

• Be a U.S. Citizen
• Successfully complete an FBI fingerprint/background investigation
• Complete required CBO cybersecurity training before beginning work
