The Role

• Independently manage construction sites from start to finish.
• Coordinate material deployment and lead on-site teams.
• Liaise with project managers and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Document daily and weekly work processes, including hours and additional tasks.
• Actively participate as a skilled worker on smaller construction sites.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer, electrical engineer, or equivalent in energy and building technology.
• Previous experience as a Head of Installation.
• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• A valid driver's license (Class B).
