Job Summary
Runs roll‑to‑roll lamination equipment for finishing wide‑format graphics. Tasks include aligning media, setting speed and temperature profiles, ensuring bubble‑free lamination, trimming finished rolls, tracking production lots, and maintaining equipment cleanliness and calibration.
What You’ll Do…
- Properly operate roll-to-roll laminator machines.
- Make proper use of test and inspection devices as required by the group leader and/or job packet.
- Prepare daily time accountability and paperwork.
- Read and follow job paperwork as required.
- Maintain safe and clutter-free work area.
- Enter recommendations to management for improvements in areas such as personal safety, improved product quality, better rates and yields, or any other matters that impact shop costs or employee’s health.
- Perform packaging, assembly, duties as directed by group leader
- Do other tasks as directed by the group leader.
What You’ll Bring…
- Set up machines as required.
- Recognize quality, acceptable product.
- Assist in the training of inexperienced persons.
- Be skilled in the operation of many pieces of equipment throughout the plant(s).
- Be sufficiently skilled to work with minimum supervision once initial training is completed and verified by the supervisor.
- Employee must pass the job-related physical requirement testing.
