Job Description

Senior Electrical Test & Integration Engineers (2 Openings) Location: Costa Mesa, CA (Onsite) Duration: 6+ Month Contract We are hiring for two Electrical Engineering opportunities supporting the testing, integration, validation, and troubleshooting of advanced electronic systems in a fast-paced R&D environment. Opportunity #1: Electrical Integration Engineer

  • Execute and analyze electrical and system-level test campaigns
  • Support ATP, qualification, reliability, and integration testing
  • Build and support test harnesses, test racks, and environmental test setups
  • Troubleshoot complex electronic and electromechanical systems
  • Maintain and calibrate test equipment
  • Document test results, procedures, and findings Opportunity #2: Electrical Design Verification Test (DVT) Engineer
  • Perform board-level and system-level validation testing
  • Support board bring-up, debugging, qualification, and verification efforts
  • Analyze schematics and troubleshoot electronic assemblies
  • Execute design verification and functional testing
  • Support hardware development from prototype through validation Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical testing, validation, integration, verification, or hardware development
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
  • Experience using oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, function generators, DMMs, and related laboratory equipment
  • Experience supporting qualification, reliability, verification, or product development testing
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications
  • Aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomous systems, avionics, or high-reliability hardware experience
  • ATP and QUAL testing experience
  • PCB bring-up, board-level validation, or hardware verification experience
  • Familiarity with CAN, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, and embedded systems
  • Altium Designer and/or LTSpice experience
  • EMI/EMC, environmental, or compliance testing experience
  • IPC-610, IPC-620, or J-STD familiarity
  • High-voltage or high-power electronics testing
  • Calibration and metrology experience
