On behalf of PwC, we are recruiting for a Paralegal / ISDA Documentation Specialist on a contract basis until May 2027. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Join us as a Paralegal / ISDA Documentation Specialist:

To support a high-volume contract remediation and documentation programme within a Financial Services environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, amending, and managing legal agreements, coordinating contract execution activities, and ensuring accurate record keeping throughout the process.

What you'll do:

• Review and identify existing client legal agreements and contractual documentation.
• Amend contracts to reflect new legal entity and location details.
• Prepare, review, and manage ISDA-related documentation and associated agreements.
• Coordinate contract execution activities, including obtaining signatures and ensuring fully executed documents are returned and appropriately recorded.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and counterparties throughout the contract remediation process.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and contract status trackers.
• Manage a high volume of contracts while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

The skills you'll need:

• Paralegal experience within Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services environments.
• Financial Services industry experience is essential.
• Few years of hands-on experience working with ISDA documentation and related agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of contracts in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and counterparties.
