Physical Therapist - Outpatient (1:1 Care)

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. In this role you will serve as the patient advocate and expert. PTs here do not manage PTAs or have to worry about passing treatments off. You will be able to focus on each patient, seeing 1 patient per hour with time built in daily for documentation! The team is passionate about patient outcomes and they have a culture of putting their patients first in every situation. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Seeking to grow as a PT and possess the heart of a life-long learner
• Servant leader mindset
• Coachable and eager to grow
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Experience preferred
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship not available
