The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support and solutions to members.
• Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, with demand-led averaging 40 hours per week.
• Serve as a proud ambassador for the organisation, ensuring customer satisfaction and reassurance.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think independently.
