Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years in web application development, with at least 3 years focused on React and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Proven experience owning features end-to-end in a micro-frontend architecture with minimal guidance
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices; strong communication and collaboration

Desired Skills

• js: strong command of hooks, context API, component lifecycle, and performance-optimization patterns
• Micro-Frontend Architecture: proven experience owning/evolving module federation (Webpack 5) and MFE composition patterns
• State Management: Redux, Zustand, or similar; sound judgment on global vs. local state, including multi-step transactional flows
• Testing: Jest and React Testing Library; Cypress or Playwright for E2E
• Build Tools: Webpack, Rollup, or Vite; strong Git workflow (branching, pull requests)
• Cloud/Hosting: AWS (strongly preferred) or Azure for frontend hosting, CDN, and deployment
• Performance: Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, code splitting, bundle optimization
• Security: OWASP frontend vulnerabilities, XSS/CSRF mitigation, secure data handling
• Agile: comfortable in Scrum or Kanban with a bias toward shipping and iterating
