IT Technician - Edinburgh - £19.33 per hour umbrella - CONTRACT

We are recruiting for a Windoiws IT Technician on contract to work for a leadoing Banking group based in Edinburgh.

Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end-users

Perform standard hardware break-fix tasks,including troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Manage and support Dell laptops, ensuring certification standards are met.

Utilize ServiceNow or similar platforms for logging and updating support calls.

Support and maintain Citrix environments

Knowledge of Win 11

Deliver excellent customer service, addressing user issues promptly and professionally.

Understand and support the setup of bank branches, including thin clients, network configurations, and peripherals such as chip and pin devices, voucher readers, and passbook printers.

Driving License/transport may be required as there may be a requirement to support some branches in Scotland
