The Role

• Deliver first-class vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs for a range of light vehicles.
• Manage inventory, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Operate with independence, making informed decisions to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and provide a high level of customer service.
• Adapt to a diverse range of daily challenges and vehicle requirements.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a variety of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer interaction and problem-solving.
• Ability to think independently and make sound judgments in varied situations.
