Job Description

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with significant experience managing Salesforce projects.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations, enhancements, integrations, or migration projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and CRM processes.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile/Scrum.
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical and business teams.
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.

Salesforce Knowledge

The candidate should have a good working understanding of:

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Salesforce Flows and automation
  • Salesforce data model and security
  • Salesforce integrations and APIs
  • Data migration
  • Salesforce testing and UAT
  • Salesforce release and deployment processes
  • Salesforce environments and deployment lifecycle
  • Salesforce DevOps concepts

Hands-on development experience is not mandatory, but the candidate must be able to understand technical discussions and effectively coordinate Salesforce technical teams.
