The Role • Manage the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Oversee technical and operational aspects of the service center, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficient daily operations. • Provide excellent customer service from initial contact to vehicle return. • Handle invoicing, customer funds, and manage incoming orders and dispatch. • Implement quality assurance measures, conduct inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with experience as a master mechanic, mechatronic technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undertake the required qualification for operations management or already possess it. • A valid driver's license (Class B) and strong German language and PC skills. • Excellent customer service orientation, strong communication, and administrative abilities. • Proven ability to work independently, in a team, and build trusting relationships.
