Your day might include:

  • Dance parties and structured learning
  • Teaching life skills like sharing, cleaning up, and using words
  • Helping toddlers navigate BIG emotions
  • Answering “why?” on repeat
  • High-fives, hugs, and constant movement

We need a strong leader who can run a classroom, build routines, and still keep things fun and engaging.

Ability to laugh and have fun while getting the job done well

Minimum of a CDA (Associate’s in Early Childhood preferred)

CPR & First Aid Certified (we’ll provide if needed)

Bloodborne Pathogen Training before starting (provided if needed)

Love for teaching and strong commitment

Ability to plan, organize, and implement program activities

Strong communication skills
