Define success metrics, KPIs, and data quality standards; establish monitoring and governance frameworks

Engage stakeholders across supply chain, product, operations, and business teams to align on priorities and adoption strategies

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural decisions that scale with business growth

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience mapping business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing process improvements

Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, understand data lineage, and architect scalable solutions

Experience leading or mentoring cross-functional teams; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication skills; ability to translate between technical and business language

Background in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or third-party vendor data systems

Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement frameworks)
